1. Open the VirtualMed portal.

2. Create your profile and schedule your appointment :

• Click on the link “To take an appointment, Register now. It’s fast and simple!“, available at the bottom of the page.
• Complete registration, choose your password and click “Next“.
• Indicate your date of birth, RAMQ card number, address, emergency contact. Enter the fax number of the pharmacy of your choice and click “Save”.
• Confirm you read the consent by checking the box and hit “Continue“.
• To proceed to payment by credit card, click “Pay now”.
• It is not necessary to open a PayPal account : click “Pay with a credit card” and fill in the required data.
• Once registration is completed, click “Make an appointment“.
• Select “General Health – FORT“.

3. Watch your email inbox for your teleconsultation confirmation. A click-to link giving access to the teleconsultation will be included.4. Following your teleconsultation

• Should a prescription* be required, it will be shared directly with the designated pharmacy.
• Your payment receipt will be sent to your email address.

* Teleconsultations prescriptions exclude benzodiazepines, narcotics, cannabis and psychostimulants.
